Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all SUBJEKT products come with a 1 year warranty

What is covered under the warranty?
All warranty cases are considered on an individual basis.
You may contact Customer Support for questions regarding your specific issue to see if you qualify under our warranty program.

What is your return policy?
There is a 30 day money back guaranty on all purchases placed directly on our website. We can not issue refund for purchases made other than our website.

Shipping

How much are shipping charges?

All orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. This currently the only shipping option available.

Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally. You may visit one of our authorized retailers for international shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our warehouse in 24-48 hours. From there transit times are any where between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped via our warehouses in Los Angeles.

What devices is the Pulse Bluetooth Headphones Compatible with?
These headphones are compatible with any device that supports A2DP and AVCRP. These profiles must be supported by your device in order to utilize the product in stereo and the wireless functionality.

Where can I download drivers for the Pulse Bluetooth Headphones?
These headphones do not require a driver installation to function. If a message such as driver required appears, you must contact your device manufacturer for instructions on updating your device bluetooth drivers.
