Warranty Information


All SUBJEKT products are made to guarantee satisfaction and service during the life cycle of the product. Warranties are specified to the original purchaser and ensure products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, neglect, abuse, tampering, alteration, and/or unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.

Warranties will begin from the date the product is purchased and will only run for the same model originally purchased. 

In cases where the warranty does not apply, you will be eligible to receive a 50% discount coupon to use towards the purchase of any item available for sale on our website.

In order to qualify to receive a replacement under our warranty program you must provide a dated and valid receipt or invoice from an authorized dealer that is within the 1-year warranty period and the defected product that is not a result of neglect or abuse.

Submitting an RMA form does not guarantee replacement. All warranty claims will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Closeout items or products that were purchased at less than 50% off the original retail price do not qualify for warranty replacements. The exceptions to this rule are purchases made using a coupon directly from our website.
